Ginny Dauses has a degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville.  She has been working in Youth Ministry for 20 years.  She has been a parish Youth Minster, Campus Minister, Retreat Leader and National Speaker.

She is the Founder of 12Noon Ministries and has led retreats for hundreds of thousands of teens and adults. Her passion for Christ and for His teens is contagious!  She has a heart for service and loves to travel.

Ginny has always been inspired by the story of the Women at the Well in the John 4.
             
      "Like the woman at the well, our teens are thirsty and hungry for the truth of Jesus Christ and our Church.  I believe that we need to meet the teens where they are, and introduce them to Christ, where and when they least expect it!" -Ginny Dauses

Ginny speaks with passion, excitement and can relate to teens and adults alike.  

Ginny's lives in Annapolis, Maryland near her family, and loves being an Aunt to 6 Nieces and 2 Nephews.

12noon Ministies can help parishes, schools and dioceses establish new programs, evaluate, change,
or re-design your program.  

Ginny Dauses is a Youth Ministry Consultant for many parishes and Dioceses throughout the country. She  leads retreats and Leadership programs for Youth & Campus Ministers, and their core team volunteers.  She works with pastors and principals to see what is best for their community. 

Ginny has been training youth ministers and mentoring them for over 15 years.
